Zener Maritime Solutions is looking for an experienced and technically solid Lead Naval Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute Naval Architecture projects independently and manage project deliverables.
- Prepare/review Stability Booklets (Intact & Damage), Loading Manuals, Loadicator and Lightship Weight Reports.
- Perform Sounding Table Recalibration and related tank capacity calculations.
- Handle Grain Stability, Damage Stability (Deterministic & Probabilistic) and modification/conversion projects.
- Review vessel models and perform calculations using NAPA, Maxsurf, GHS, AutoHydro, Model Maker, Loadicator or equivalent software.
- Coordinate with clients, shipyards and Classification Societies and resolve technical comments/queries.
- Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, Load Line, IACS and applicable Class Rules.
- Lead and guide junior naval architects and ensure quality and timely project delivery
