Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BIM Mechanical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical BIM modeling, coordination, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for leading mechanical BIM projects, managing team deliverables, ensuring model quality, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Mechanical BIM Modelers and provide technical guidance.

- Develop and review detailed Mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.

- Prepare HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, and other mechanical system models as per project requirements.

- Deliver accurate LOD 400/500 models and construction-ready documentation.

- Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines.

- Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.

- Review models, drawings, and project deliverables for accuracy and compliance with BIM standards.

- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and project-specific content.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and modeling issues.





- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and BIM Execution Plan requirements.

- Support BIM workflows including 4D/5D coordination, COBie, quantity take-offs, and asset information requirements where applicable.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Mechanical BIM/Revit MEP.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC and Mechanical MEP systems.

- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage.

- Strong experience in LOD 400/500 modeling and BIM coordination.

- Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation and model development.

- Experience handling international projects is preferred.

- Solid leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict project deadlines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
