Lead – IT Infra (M365 & Tools)

Role

· Ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in M365, ADFS, ADDS, implementation of SSO, troubleshooting office 365 migration issues

· Developing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online platform application and maintenance

· Experience in implementing DNS records and email routing and forwarding

· Aligned with Microsoft365 roadmap

· SharePoint configurations, customizations SPFX (React JS) development, Azure web applications, Web APIs, Web Jobs, Active directory applications configurations, Hybrid connections, azure storage etc.

· Microsoft Search setup, configuration, and customizations

· Understanding on basic architecture of Power platform

· Other Office 365 tools including Yammer, OneDrive, Stream, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow)

· SharePoint - Web Application Management, Site Collection and Site Administration, Security, and authorization

· Operation skills to understand end-user problem and provide resolution

· Good trouble shooting in mail delivery issues between external domains

· Good trouble shooting experience related BYOD devices

· Expert in troubleshooting Active Sync Service and Mobile devices connectivity

· Expert in Office 365 PowerShell commands

· Hands on experience in integrating Active directory with AZURE directory





· Installation and troubleshooting knowledge of Azure AD Connect, ADFS, ADDS, ADFS Proxy

· Hands on experience in deploying and setup the Hybrid Exchange environment

· Experience in Mailbox Migration from Exchange 2010 to Office 365

- Deploy AWS based services for SaaS environment.
- Automate, Deploy, Scale, Manage instances / AMI on AWS.
- Define, Monitor, Control usage of AWS services-based business demand.
- In-depth understanding of SLAs
- Understand security services / requirements.
- Fine-tuning and configuring various cloud infrastructures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Monitor DR Procedures & Test integrity frequently.
- Automate Updates & Patching.
- Implementing Backup Solution
- Evaluating different tools as per the requirements
