Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions to support business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service functions. The role requires robust technical expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, automation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Development

- Strong hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
- Experience in developing custom Salesforce applications and enhancements
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience

Salesforce Administration

- User management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security model
- Custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
- Reports and dashboards creation and maintenance

Automation & Integration

- Experience with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
- Integration experience between Salesforce and external applications

Data Management

- Experience with data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and bulk data operations
- Hands-on experience with Data Loader, Workbench, or similar tools

Functional & Stakeholder Management

- Requirement gathering and business analysis
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Methodology & Tools

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments




- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce AppExchange implementation experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management and deployment processes
- Experience with CI/CD practices in Salesforce ecosystem
- Understanding of third-party integration platforms such as MuleSoft

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Salesforce users, security, permissions, and configurations.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize automation using Flows and custom development.
- Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Perform data migration, validation, cleansing, and governance activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure Salesforce platform performance, security, and best practice compliance.
- Support and train end users on Salesforce capabilities and enhancements.
- Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
