Lead Generation Executive – Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This is an entry-level chance for someone who is interested in B2B lead generation, sales, business development and email marketing.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of lead generation and an understanding of email marketing and outreach. Freshers who are confident, proactive and willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, Google and other online platforms.
- Generate relevant leads based on the company's target market and requirements.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn and cold calling.
- Create and send professional email outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and share relevant prospects with the sales team.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Track daily and weekly lead generation activities.
- Support the sales team with lead research,



email campaigns and follow-ups.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation and email marketing is required.
- Comfortable communicating with prospects through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Search and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Understanding of email outreach, newsletters and email campaigns.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a confident and motivated fresher who is willing to learn and grow in sales and business development.

You should be comfortable with researching companies, finding potential clients, sending professional emails, making calls and following up with prospects.

You don't need extensive experience, but you should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the willingness to work towards targets.
