Atlas SoftWeb is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. We are open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in B2B lead generation and IT sales.

What You'll Do:

- Research and identify potential B2B leads and prospects
- Build and maintain accurate lead databases
- Conduct online research to identify potential clients
- Support the sales team with qualified leads and prospect information
- Assist with email, LinkedIn, and other outreach activities
- Track lead generation activities and maintain regular follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets and client requirements





What We're Looking For:

- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, telecalling, sales, or a related field
- Freshers with valuable communication and research skills are welcome
- Good understanding of internet research and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn about IT services and B2B sales
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work towards targets
