We are hiring a Lead Functional Consultant to lead SAP SD IS Retail delivery across diverse formats, channels, countries, and business models. You will drive SAP functional consulting, solution design, and WRICEF specifications while coordinating offshore development and leading testing through UAT.

Responsibilities

- Convert business demand into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages
- Assess gaps and determine where localization or enhancements are needed, backed by solid business cases
- Define functional requirements to direct application design and development work
- Recommend solutions, configure the system, and author detailed WRICEF functional specifications
- Align with offshore development teams so technical outcomes meet functional requirements and quality standards
- Run Unit/Functional testing and assist with integration and user acceptance test (UAT) execution
- Provide scalable, sustainable, and integrated Business Solutions across multiple Formats, Channels, Countries and Business Models
- Contribute to Change Management by creating training content and supporting organizational transformation activities
- Deliver 3rd Level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope




- Partner with peers across applications/modules to maintain seamless integration
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal cooperation
- Spot opportunities for business process and system enhancements with the vendor and promote continuous improvement through evaluation of work processes and user experiences

Requirements

- Extensive experience of 10+ years implementing SAP applications in enterprise environments
- Advanced knowledge of SAP SD and IS Retail modules and related SAP-IS: Retail Solutions concepts
- Demonstrated skill in WRICEF functional specification design and configuration activities
- Proven ability to coordinate offshore development teams and manage Unit/Functional and User Acceptance Testing cycles
- Practical experience in Change Management, developing training materials, and supporting organizational transformation
- Solid capability to deliver 3rd Level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across multiple operating companies
- Broad understanding of designing business processes for multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models
