We are searching for a Lead Functional Consultant to design and deliver SAP SD IS Retail capabilities for complex, multi-country and multi-channel operations. You will own functional requirements, WRICEF specification work, localization and enhancement analysis, and testing support while guiding offshore teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Map business requirements to advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages
- Determine localization or enhancement needs and document transparent business cases to support decisions
- Document functional requirements that guide application design and development
- Design solutions, configure the system, and write comprehensive WRICEF functional specifications
- Guide offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards
- Perform Unit/Functional testing and support integration and user acceptance test (UAT) activities
- Ensure delivery of scalable, sustainable, and integrated Business Solutions across multiple Formats, Channels, Countries and Business Models
- Enable Change Management by providing training content and supporting organizational transformation
- Provide 3rd Level functional support, application administration,



and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope
- Coordinate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal cooperation
- Drive identification of business process and system enhancement opportunities with the vendor and promote continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and user experiences

Requirements

- Demonstrated 10+ years of experience delivering SAP application implementations
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP SD and IS Retail modules, with familiarity in SAP-IS: Retail Solutions
- Practical experience producing WRICEF functional specification design and performing configuration
- Strong coordination skills for offshore development teams plus execution of Unit/Functional and User Acceptance Testing
- Established experience supporting Change Management, training delivery, and organizational transformation
- Proficiency in 3rd Level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across multiple operating companies
- Strong understanding of business process design spanning multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models
