The Lead Functional Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for leading business process consulting, solution design, and client engagement activities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations and transformation initiatives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients and serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and delivery resources to ensure successful execution of CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and operational requirements. The position drives project discovery, scope validation, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, functional requirements gathering, solution alignment, mentoring, organizational change support, and delivery excellence throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Role

- Lead business process analysis, discovery sessions, fit-gap assessments, and requirements gathering activities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Serve as the primary functional liaison between clients, project teams, technical resources, and delivery stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, technical leads, and project managers to support successful solution delivery and implementation activities.
- Support detailed scope confirmation, business process mapping, and future-state solution discussions with clients.
- Facilitate workshops, solution presentations, and client communication activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation including business requirements, workflow documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support solution configuration activities and provide guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and configuration capabilities.




- Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, organizational change activities, and go-live support initiatives.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and support resolution activities during implementation and post-deployment phases.
- Contribute to enterprise CRM delivery methodologies, implementation best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across project teams and functional consulting resources.
- Support project management coordination activities as needed to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Job-related Experience
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting, enterprise application delivery, business process consulting, or customer engagement environments is required.
