We are looking for a Lead Functional Consultant to shape SAP SD IS Retail solutions that support multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models. You will lead SAP solution design, gap analysis, localization, and enhancement decisions, partnering with offshore teams and stakeholders through delivery and testing.

Responsibilities

- Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages
- Identify required localization or enhancements and support recommendations with clear business cases
- Create functional requirements that steer application design and development
- Propose solutions, configure the system, and produce detailed WRICEF functional specifications
- Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical delivery aligns with functional requirements and quality standards
- Execute Unit/Functional testing and support integration and user acceptance test (UAT)
- Deliver scalable, sustainable, and integrated Business Solutions across multiple Formats, Channels, Countries and Business Models
- Support Change Management by preparing training content and helping enable organizational transformation
- Provide 3rd Level functional support, application administration,



and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope
- Collaborate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable effective cooperation
- Identify business process and system enhancement opportunities with the vendor and promote continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and user experiences

Requirements

- Proven track record of 10+ years of experience implementing SAP applications
- Deep expertise in SAP SD and IS Retail modules, including SAP-IS: Retail Solutions exposure
- Hands-on experience with WRICEF functional specification design and configuration
- Solid ability to coordinate offshore development teams and run Unit/Functional and User Acceptance Testing
- Solid background in Change Management, training delivery, and organizational transformation support
- Extensive experience providing 3rd Level functional support and application administration across multiple operating companies
- Clear understanding of business process design across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models
