What you'll do

- Own and manage key aspects of the product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, validation, and adoption.
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability across the lifecycle.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks arising from evolving requirements, UX/design dependencies, and cross-team delivery constraints.
- Partner closely with UX teams to ensure product designs are feasible, aligned to requirements, and execution-ready.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, reviews, and decision forums with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery execution, including backlog refinement, dependency management, and product clarification.
- Track and communicate product/project health, including scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and QA teams to ensure business and quality expectations are met.
- Support UAT planning, release notes, training materials, and product adoption activities.

What you'll bring
- 6+ years of experience in digital product management and enterprise solution delivery.




- Proven experience managing complex products/workstreams across discovery, design, and delivery phases.
- Strong expertise in product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria creation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risks and dependencies in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise/digital applications and user-centered design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Fluency in English
