The person in this role is expected to attain mastery of RSM's SDLC, knowing which SDLC activities and deliverables are required and scaling them to each project. They can resolve moderate to difficult problems, lead the resolution of those problems, and demonstrate expertise across a variety of technical concepts, practices, and procedures.
