Job Overview
nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in On-Premise MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and a strong command of the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of CRM projects within an Agile environment, focusing on complex technical customizations, system integrations, and ensuring the platform meets business and security requirements.

- System Customization & Development: Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of On-Premise MS Dynamics 365 CRMCE. Customize core entities and develop complex Plug-ins and custom workflows.n
- Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using C# .NET and JavaScript to extend the capabilities of the Dynamics solution and customize form behaviors.n
- Modernization & Automation: Utilize the Microsoft Power Platform—specifically PowerApps, Power Automate,



and Power Pages—to build custom applications, automate business processes, and deploy external-facing portals.n
- System Integration: Design, develop, and maintain robust inbound and outbound API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external third-party systems.n
- Security & Compliance: Manage and implement rigorous security configurations within the CRM workplace. Ensure all development adheres to coding standards, security requirements, organizational policies, and MS Dynamics best practices.n
- Agile Project Delivery: Participate actively in all phases of end-to-end project implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies.n
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, system bugs, and performance bottlenecks.n
