Lead - Business Analyst HR Process Architect
Duroflex | People Function | Corporate | Bangalore
Job Summary
Lead - Business Analyst HR Process Architect role at Duroflex, focused on building analytical capabilities and end-to-end HR process design.
What You Will Own
- Business Analysis - Where Numbers Meet Narrative At Duroflex, analytics is never an end in itself. Every metric must trace a clear, unambiguous line of causality to a business outcome.
Build a metrics architecture that prioritises leading indicators - the signals that predict outcomes - and connects them explicitly to lagging indicators that reflect results.
Ensure that >70% of recurring data needs are structured, scheduled, and available in real time with no compromise on accuracy. The remaining 30% will always be ad hoc - you will be expected to handle that with the same rigour and speed.
Incrementally improve the data architecture so the function moves from reactive reporting to proactive intelligence.
Go beyond dashboards - be the person who can walk into a business conversation, present the data, and defend the so what.
- HR Process Design - Where Logic Meets the Human Experience You will own the end-to-end design and ongoing governance of employee lifecycle processes - from hire to retire.
Apply design thinking principles to map, reimagine, and document all key HR processes using tools like Figma and swim-lane diagrams.
Design with empathy - recognising that our stakeholder cohorts vary in maturity and digital fluency, and that a great process is one people actually follow.
You are not a consultant parachuted in to deliver a deck. You will own these processes postlaunch, measure whether they are delivering against their original intent, and iterate relentlessly.
Spearhead Employee Benefits strategy and administration, anchored to Duroflex's Total Rewards Philosophy - ensuring our benefits story is coherent, competitive,
and clearly communicated.
Your Manager
You will report to the Head of Talent Management, who leads the overall people agenda at Duroflex. Expect a manager who sets direction, creates space, and holds you accountable - not one who micromanages the how.
What Will Make You Successful Here
The non-negotiables
- Demonstrated ability to build and own HR analytics frameworks - not just pull reports, but architect the logic behind them.
- Hands-on experience with process design methodologies - design thinking, process mapping, swim-lanes, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox experience is a strong plus) and comfort navigating payroll ecosystems.
- Strong working knowledge of Employee Benefits and Total Rewards design.
- Advanced skills in data tools - Excel/Google Sheets at minimum; SQL, Power BI, or equivalent a definite advantage.
The mindset markers
- You are a self-starter who does not need a detailed brief to get moving.
- You possess intellectual honesty - you will tell the story the data tells, not the story someone wants to hear.
- You have builder's resilience - early-stage environments are messy, and you find energy in that rather than friction.
- You are obsessed with ownership - once a process or metric is yours, it stays yours until it works.
What You Should Know Before You Apply
This is a lean, high-accountability workplace. The corporate HR team is small and the mandate is large. There is no legacy system to inherit comfort from and no large team to diffuse responsibility across.
What there is: a genuine opportunity to leave a fingerprint on how a leading Indian consumer brand manages its people data and processes.
