Project Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
- Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
- Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
- Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
- Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
- Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process,



and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.
- Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
- Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
- Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
- RAID management of project
- Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Mandatory Skills Description:

- 10+ years of overall experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst
- Must have experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle
- Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes
- Robust people and stakeholder management experience
- Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineers

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Experience to trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
