**Must-Have Skills

- 6-9 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.
- Solid experience with React.js , JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .
- Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).
- Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies , and delivery best practices.
- **Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical decision-making skills.



**Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, IoT Hub, Digital Twins).
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience in SaaS, platform-based, or product-driven environments .
