About The Job:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Adobe Target Developer to drive our personalization and experimentation efforts.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Target, JavaScript, and A/B testing methodologies.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and development, to optimize user experiences and maximize conversions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.

- Architect and maintain Adobe Target implementations, ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing hypotheses, personalization strategies, and success metrics.

- Develop and customize Adobe Target Offers, Audiences, and Experience Targeting (XT) campaigns.

- Implement Adobe Target APIs, profile scripts, and custom JavaScript solutions to enable advanced targeting and tracking.

- Work with data layers and integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other MarTech tools.

- Troubleshoot issues related to test execution, data collection, and rendering inconsistencies across different browsers and devices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers,



ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Stay updated on the latest Adobe Target features, personalization trends, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target.

- Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices.

- Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and working with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting front-end performance issues.

- Experience integrating Adobe Target with third-party data sources and CRM systems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target (ACE) certification.

- Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API.

- Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages.

- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to personalization.
