Role Overview

We are looking for a "Last Mile – Supply Manager" to own rider supply, onboarding, and fleet utilization across our Delhi NCR operations. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role critical to ensuring our hubs and fleet run at full capacity every single day.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end rider supply for assigned hubs/zones, sourcing, onboarding, activation, and retention
- Drive daily fleet utilization to meet client delivery volume commitments
- Manage rider lifecycle: recruitment funnels, KYC/onboarding, training, and performance tracking
- Reduce rider churn through proactive engagement, grievance resolution, and incentive program execution
- Coordinate with hub staff, Team Leads, and Area Managers to ensure adequate daily rider-to-order ratios
- Monitor and report on key metrics: riders onboarded/exited,



utilization %, orders/rider, hub-level fill rates
- Partner with City/Area Managers to plan supply ahead of demand spikes (festive season, new client launches, hub expansions)
- Identify and resolve on-ground bottlenecks affecting rider availability or fleet readiness

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in last-mile logistics, gig workforce management, fleet operations, or supply chain roles (e-commerce, quick-commerce, or mobility background preferred)
- Strong on-ground execution mindset — comfortable spending significant time at hubs, not just behind a desk
- Data-driven approach to tracking utilization, churn, and supply-demand gaps
- Experience managing large, dispersed gig/contractual workforces
- Strong stakeholder management skills — able to coordinate across hub staff, city ops, and central teams
- Familiarity with EV fleet or last-mile delivery operations is a strong plus
