Language Lead

PositionSummary The LanguageProduction Lead coordinates and executes language-related activities whileadhering to customer requirements and internal processes. This role involvesimproving processes, managing complex linguistic issues, and enhancing customeroutcomes.

What You WillDo

Collaborate on client proposals andproject execution, driving continuous improvement.

Analyse complex source text for linguisticrequirements and prepare instructions.

Manage terminology, develop linguistic assets, andimplement work processes.

Monitor quality metrics, partner performance, andprovide feedback.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders,including clients.

Aid, training and adapt to the ever-evolving needsof the role projects.

Proficiency inlanguage technology concepts and tools.

Process and quality-oriented,with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective documentation andcommunication skills

Ability to work in amulticultural, rapid-paced environment

Educational qualifications andwork experience

Bachelors degree or higher inLanguages, Translation, or a related field

Proficiency in MS Office andprofessional working proficiency in English
