RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assure daily operation is in line with HSE requirement.

Timely completion of product testing(in-process inspection) of PP & EP compounding product and product preservation (before and after the curing period) during the shifts.

Keep data accurate and update on time.





Daily verification and Maintenance of Lab equipment.

Keep good housekeeping of QA lab, injection-molding area and sample retention area.

Maintaining relevant documentation (DPT – Daily Production Testing Report) as per the ISO /TS 16949 / IATF 16949 2016 ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Authority to stop production to correct quality problems & ensure conformity to product requirements.

Awareness of 5s, Lean, VEP.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Education:

Diploma/Bachelors in plastics engineering and 1 year course from CIPET (preferred)

Work Experience:

3 years laboratory testing working experience, working in in plastic manufacturing industry is a plus.

EMS 14001

ASTM & ISO Standards for all products
