Hiring for Lab Technician Experienced Candidate

Experience: Minimum 2yrs of experience.

Job Location: Anna nagar (Chennai )

Salary: ₹20,000 to 25,000K

Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM

– Lab Technician A Lab Technician is responsible for supporting laboratory operations by conducting tests, preparing samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring accurate recording of results. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with medical or scientific teams to support diagnosis, research, or product development.

- Sample Handling & Preparation
- Collect, label, and prepare specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) for testing.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples as per lab protocols.
- Testing & Analysis
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests using standard procedures and equipment.
- Assist in performing chemical, biological, and microscopic examinations.
- Record and interpret test results accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and machines.
- Report malfunctions and ensure timely servicing of equipment.
- Quality & Safety Compliance




- Follow safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards (NABL, ISO, or equivalent).
- Maintain cleanliness and proper waste management in the lab.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of tests, results, and findings.
- Prepare reports and assist doctors, scientists, or researchers in interpreting results.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and research data.
- Support & Coordination
- Assist medical staff, pathologists, or researchers in experiments and investigations.
- Train and guide junior staff or interns when required.
- Manage lab supplies and inventory, placing orders when stock is low.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, testing procedures, and safety regulations.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
