About The Job

Duties:

- Lab Operations &

• Infrastructure Management: Ensure overall lab readiness, workspace organization, infrastructure availability, and smooth execution of lab activities.

- Lab Asset, Inventory, Procurement &

• Logistics Management:

Manage lab inventory, stock control, asset tracking, and IMS asset registration activities.
- Quality, Audit &

• Compliance:

Ensure adherence to lab processes, safety standards, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- HAPS Farm &

• Remote Lab Management:

Manage HAPS FARM infrastructure and Perform HAPS setup maintenance, troubleshooting, system recovery, and peripheral integration activities.
- Hardware Bring-Up, Validation &

• Debug Support:

Conduct first-level debugging, failure analysis, and issue investigation to support validation and firmware teams.
- Test Equipment &

• Measurement Activities:

Should be able to utilize oscilloscopes, logic analysers, multimeter, power supplies, and other test equipment for debugging and validation.
- SPARK Dashboard &

• Automation Support:

Monitor SPARK dashboard health, track failures, and maintain system availability.
- Cross-Functional Team Support: Collaborate with Firmware, Validation, Hardware,



Automation, Lab IT, and Cross-Functional Teams to support project deliverables.
- Documentation &

• Process Improvement:

Maintain lab documentation, setup procedures, inventory records, Confluence pages, and operational guidelines.
Skills: The ideal candidate will do the following as part of this team:

- Perform storage validation tasks using hardware infrastructure, hardware tools such as protocol analyzer, LA, Scope, storage product testers
- Write, execute and debug storage testing scripts in python framework or inhouse tools (internally developed)
- File Jiras and generate reports.
- Maintain inventory and manage lab equipment, aware of licenses, installation of OS and other softwares.
- Perform first level failure analysis and triage test setup issues.

Skills/Knowledge:

- Knowledge of storage, storage environments, computers and computer system architecture.
- Knowledge about basics of embedded systems.
- Firmware knowledge.
- Exposure to industry standard communications such as SD, UHS-II, NVMe/PCIe, USB etc.,
- Strong desire to deep-dive system level issues and drive problems to closure in a team-based environment with a proactive attitude
- Debugging using JTAG debugger, good experience in build tools, compilers, linkers
- Hands on debug experience with usage of modern lab equipment (DSOs, Logic Analyzers, Protocol Analyzers) are a plus
- Working Knowledge in scripting language like python

Education:

- BE degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience.




- Prior Lab technician experience
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of test equipment usage like Oscilloscopes, logic analysers etc.
- Good team player and able to collaborate with Cross-Functional teams to support on Lab activities..
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
