Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Testing

· Test cement, aggregates, water, admixtures, and reinforcement steel for compliance with standards.

· Conduct sieve analysis, specific gravity, moisture content, and other material tests.

2. Concrete Testing

· Carry out tests on fresh concrete (slump, workability, temperature, etc.).

· Prepare, cure, and test concrete cubes/cylinders for compressive and flexural strength.

· Monitor mix proportions and report inconsistencies.

3. Precast Product Testing & Inspection

· Assist QA/QC in testing precast elements for dimensional accuracy, strength, and finish.

· Perform destructive and non-destructive testing as required.

4. Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain complete records of all test results, calibration logs,



and laboratory reports.

· Prepare daily/weekly test reports for QA/QC Engineers and management.

· Ensure proper labeling and traceability of test samples.

5. Equipment & Lab Maintenance

· Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment (compression testing machine, slump cone, sieves, etc.).

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory workplace.

· Ensure compliance with safety protocols in handling materials and equipment..

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
