Job Summary

AVM Labs is looking for an experienced MD Biochemistry professional to support laboratory quality, testing accuracy, quality control, and overall laboratory operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Biochemistry, laboratory testing, quality control, documentation, and laboratory standards. The candidate will work closely with laboratory and quality teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely testing and maintain required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support and monitor day-to-day laboratory and quality control activities.

Review laboratory test results and related documentation for accuracy and reliability.

Monitor quality control processes and ensure adherence to established procedures.

Support investigation of OOS results, deviations, and non-conformances.

Assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation for quality-related issues.

Ensure proper documentation, record maintenance, and data integrity.

Monitor calibration, maintenance, and performance of laboratory equipment.

Ensure adherence to applicable quality, regulatory, GMP/GLP, and laboratory standards.

Coordinate with Laboratory Operations, QA, R&D;, and other departments on quality-related matters.

Support internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits.

Assist in training and guiding laboratory personnel on quality requirements and procedures.

Identify opportunities for improving laboratory processes and quality standards.





Prepare and review laboratory and quality-related reports and records.

Eligibility & Requirements

MD Biochemistry – Mandatory.

Relevant professional experience in laboratory, quality control, or related operations – Mandatory.

Strong knowledge of Biochemistry and laboratory testing procedures.

Good understanding of laboratory quality control and quality systems.

Knowledge of laboratory documentation and data integrity.

Understanding of GMP/GLP and applicable laboratory standards.

Knowledge of OOS investigation, deviation management, CAPA, and root cause analysis will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities within defined timelines.

Work Location: Bangalore

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
