Lab Assistant – HVAC/MEP

Job Summary

DES-TECH Academy is looking for a Lab Assistant (HVAC/MEP) to support practical training sessions and assist faculty in conducting technical lab activities. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of HVAC/MEP design software and be able to help students during hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist faculty during HVAC/MEP laboratory and practical training sessions.
- Support students in using HVAC/MEP design software and tools.
- Help prepare and maintain lab systems, computers, and training equipment.
- Assist with Heat Load Calculation exercises and project work.
- Ensure the laboratory is organized and ready for daily training sessions.
- Coordinate with faculty to maintain training materials and software resources.
- Follow academy procedures for lab safety and equipment handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Diploma or B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Heat Load Calculation.
- Familiarity with the following software:
- E20
- HAP
- Pipe Sizer
- Duct Sizer
- AutoCAD 2D
- Revit
- Relux or Dialux
- Basic troubleshooting skills for lab systems and software.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Experience
- Freshers with the required technical skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in HVAC/MEP training or design support will be considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
