1. Perform routine chemical and physical tests on food grains (moisture, broken %, foreign matter, impurities, etc.).
2. Analyze samples using lab instruments such as moisture analyzers, spectrophotometers, pH meters, etc.
3. Conduct microbiological and nutritional analysis as per FSSAI/ISO/ Export standards (if applicable).
4. Maintain proper documentation of all test results and lab observations.
