About The Job:
- Enterprise policy design, governance, advanced troubleshooting, platform optimization, and technical leadership.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement, and optimize advanced DLP policies across Proofpoint and Microsoft Purview.
- Lead enterprise-wide Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (PSAT) programs, reporting, and risk-reduction initiatives.
- Architect information protection, data classification, and compliance solutions using Microsoft Purview.
- Manage Exchange Online security controls, anti-spam/anti-phishing policies, mail flow rules, and email hygiene configurations.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex issues involving:
- Proofpoint Email Protection
- TAP (Targeted Attack Protection)
- DLP incidents
- Mail routing and delivery failures
- False positives and false negatives
- Exchange Online mail flow and security configurations
- Perform health checks, tuning, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization activities.
- Drive governance and compliance initiatives aligned with organizational security objectives.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing best practices, workshops, and advisory services.
