About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Acting as the primary point of contact for definition, clarification, and satisfaction of requirements

- Responsible for Analysis of variances, settlement issues etc.

- Triaging the support tasks; refining change requests, estimates, priorities

- Responsible for working with all development and operations teams in defining desired ways of working

- Auditing the quality of delivery for the Technical Support Team

- Vendor management on performance

- Troubleshooting and coordinating issues and communication to stakeholders on issues

- Escalating through relevant channels where there is a need based on risks to budget, timing and scope of support tasks

- Track issues across systems/applications currently in production

Qualifications

- Total Experience 15 Years

- Relevant Experience 10 Years

- 15+ years of experience in payments industry, working with banks, acquirers, and gateway teams.

- Responsible for managing

- Operational dependencies across systems

- Service Now updates

- Payments Industry Expertise (banks, acquirers, gateways)

- Settlement & Reconciliation Analysis

- Digital Security & Compliance

- Operational Dependency Management

- Vendor Performance Management

- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
