L&D; Training Specialist (Operations / Field Excellence)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Learning & Development Training Specialist to design, deliver, and scale training initiatives across operations teams. This role will play a critical part in improving workforce capability, driving performance outcomes, and ensuring consistent execution standards across field and classroom environments.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps, deploy structured learning programs, and continuously enhance training effectiveness through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business and operational goals
- Design structured training programs for frontline employees, drivers, and internal teams
- Deliver engaging classroom and on-ground (field) training sessions
- Plan and manage large-scale training deployments (100+ participants)

Performance & Capability Building

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill and performance gaps
- Drive field coaching initiatives to improve real-time performance
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness
- Lead retraining and refresher programs for underperforming or non-compliant employees

Systems & Reporting

- Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Track training metrics, performance outcomes, and post-training impact
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Quality & Continuous Improvement





- Drive quality improvement initiatives through targeted training interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize training processes
- Continuously enhance content, delivery methods, and training frameworks

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in Training / L&D; / Employee Development roles
- Proven experience in delivering large-scale training programs and field coaching
