- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Kronos
- Payroll process knowledge is mandatory.
- Expertise on Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations in ERP applications and handling Absence, Accruals, Timekeeping & Payroll modules in KRONOS Dimensions.
- Hands on experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case preparation and Test execution.
- Need good functional tester with good communication skills.
- Good to have Test Automation (Java + Selenium) expertise.
- Knowledge of work rules, pay rules, accruals, holidays, and labor rules
- Experience with Kronos interfaces (Web Services, WIM, flat files)
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and labor laws
- Experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) / Workforce Central (WFC)
- Good understanding of Payroll integrations
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
