Kitchen Trainee

Kitchen Assistant / Culinary Intern For someone just out of college, or looking for the internship that gets them their first real kitchen experience. You'll work alongside the chef through service: prep, assembling orders, keeping the section clean. You'll be taught the SOPs rather than expected to know them.

This role is with Frost &
- Brew, a café in Brookefield, Bengaluru. Hiring is being managed by Love Made Edible — we supply and advise cafés and kitchens across Bengaluru, so we know these teams from the inside, and we only put forward people we'd hire ourselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the chef through service — prep, assembly, plating
- Learn the SOPs and follow them
- Keep your section and the kitchen clean as you go
- Help with prep, stock rotation and closing down
- Sit in on recipe trials and help test them
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

What Frost &
- Brew Is Looking For





- No experience needed — freshers and recent graduates welcome
- Genuinely interested in food and willing to be taught
- Clean, punctual and willing to do the unglamorous parts
- Can keep up in a busy kitchen
- Based in Bengaluru, or able to relocate before starting — this is a fully in office role
- Preferred: a hotel management, culinary or food-science background, but not required
