Role & responsibilities
- Curriculum & Teaching: Plan and run age-appropriate lessons covering basic literacy, numeracy, colors, and shapes using play-way or Montessori methods.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a secure, clean, and engaging environment while using positive reinforcement for behavior.
- Child Development: Support emotional growth, social interaction, and fine/gross motor skills.
- Assessment: Track milestones, keep daily observations, and maintain student portfolios.
- Parent Communication: Share regular updates on student progress and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
