Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager who can support and grow existing client accounts while also contributing to IT / SaaS solution sales. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn consultative selling and account management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within accounts
- Support the sales team in solution pitching and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, support) for smooth execution
- Understand client requirements and align them with IT / SaaS solutions
- Maintain regular follow-ups, meetings, and account updates
- Track account performance and ensure timely renewals

Required Skills & Experience

1. 1.5–3 years of experience in Account Management / Client Handling / IT Sales
2. Exposure to IT solutions / software / SaaS sales is preferred
3.



Good communication and stakeholder management skills
4. Basic understanding of B2B sales and client lifecycle
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
