How you will make your mark

We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Architect to design secure, scalable, and reusable Microsoft Azure platform solutions. The role focuses on Azure Data and AI, platform engineering, Infrastructure as Code, networking, identity, security, and enterprise automation. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership while remaining closely involved in solution design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design secure, resilient, and reusable architecture patterns for Azure Data, AI, container, serverless, and platform services.
- Architect solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and related Azure AI PaaS services.
- Design data solutions using services such as Azure SQL, Managed Instance, Cosmos DB, Databricks, Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Purview.
- Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules and deployment patterns using Terraform and Bicep.
- Define codified security baselines, governance controls, and platform guardrails for enterprise cloud environments.
- Design Azure networking solutions covering Hub-and-Spoke architecture, VNets, Private Endpoints, ExpressRoute, load balancing, Azure Firewall, and DNS.
- Define identity and access patterns using Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, authentication and authorization, OIDC, Managed Identities, and Service Principals.
- Partner with product, engineering, security,



and platform teams to translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions.
- Lead architecture reviews, guide engineering teams, and ensure solutions meet security, scalability, resiliency, and operational standards.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

- Solid hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience as a Cloud Architect, Azure Solution Architect, or Cloud Platform Architect, with the ability to provide Manager-level technical ownership.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or comparable Azure AI services.
- Solid experience across Azure data services, including multiple services such as Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Databricks, Data Factory, Fabric, or Purview.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Terraform, plus working experience with Bicep or ARM templates.
- Deep knowledge of Azure networking, including Hub-and-Spoke, ExpressRoute, Private Link, Azure Firewall, DNS, and load-balancing services.
- Strong understanding of Azure identity and security, including Entra ID, RBAC, OIDC, Managed Identities, Service Principals, and Key Vault.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, containers, Kubernetes or AKS, serverless computing, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
- Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, .NET, or a comparable language for cloud automation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, architecture-review, and technical leadership capabilities.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certification, preferably Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise-scale Azure landing zones, governance, observability, compliance, and platform security.
- Exposure to Palo Alto, Infoblox, or comparable enterprise networking and security technologies.
- Experience working with global teams in mature Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions across multiple teams.
