WE ARE HIRING | METAL CONTROLLER – JEWELLERY INDUSTRY Position: Metal Controller Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and control the complete metal inventory and metal movement within the jewellery manufacturing process. Maintain accurate records of gold, silver and other precious metals received, issued, transferred and returned. Monitor metal issuance to production/CAD/casting and other departments as per approved requirements. Maintain proper metal stock registers, records and reconciliation reports. Track metal consumption, wastage, recovery and loss at different stages of production. Conduct regular physical stock verification and metal reconciliation. Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Stores, Accounts and Quality teams for smooth metal flow. Verify metal weights during inward, outward, issue, return and transfer processes. Monitor scrap, dust, filing, polishing waste and other metal recovery. Identify and investigate weight differences, shortages and discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation and authorization for all metal transactions. Prepare regular reports related to metal stock, consumption, recovery, wastage and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with internal metal control procedures and company policies.



Maintain confidentiality and security of precious metal inventory.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 3–5 years of relevant experience in Metal Control, preferably in the Jewellery Industry. Strong knowledge of precious metal handling and inventory control. Positive understanding of gold/silver weight management, purity, alloying, consumption and recovery.

Experience in metal reconciliation and stock verification. Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes and metal movement across production stages. Strong knowledge of metal accounting, wastage calculation and variance analysis. Good command of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems. Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies and metal variances. Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Candidates with experience in gold jewellery manufacturing/export houses will be preferred.
