The store manager is responsible for the overall success and profitability of the jewellery showroom. This role combines team leadership, luxury client relationship management, inventory security, and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities-
- Sales & Revenue: Set and track daily or monthly sales goals, drive high-value closing techniques, and monitor store profitability.
- Team Leadership: Train staff on product details like gold purity, diamond grades, and gemstone quality, while managing staff schedules and performance.
- Customer Relations: Build long-term trust with high-net-worth clients and handle special requests or complaints.
- Operations & Security: Oversee store security, daily cash registers, secure-to-floor stock movements, and audit inventory levels.
- Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual layout and proper product display for luxury items.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
