Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically robust Junior Technical Project Manager with 13 years of experience in software development and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone who started their career as a developer and is now transitioning into project management, or someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage software development projects from planning to delivery.

- Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and actionable development plans.

- Assist in sprint planning, task prioritization, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality delivery.

- Review technical documentation, project specifications, and development workflows.

- Support developers in resolving blockers and maintaining development velocity.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project management processes.

- Maintain project documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.

- Help improve development processes, productivity, and team collaboration.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in software development,



technical coordination, or project management.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern web development technologies.

- Hands-on experience with technologies/frameworks such as: JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js / Next.js, REST APIs, Git / Version Control.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as: Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Slack.

- Ability to understand technical architecture and communicate effectively with development teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

- Prior experience as a Software Developer or Full Stack Developer.

- Exposure to cloud platforms, deployment workflows, or DevOps practices.

- Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Basic knowledge of UI/UX workflows and product development lifecycle.

- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
