SpazioLiv is a rapid-growing interior design and home solutions company focused on delivering innovative and customer-centric living spaces. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support our growing hiring needs.

Job Summary The Junior Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment and talent management who wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment trackers and ATS systems.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.




- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with relevant internships in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Exposure to hiring for sales, design, or operations roles is an added advantage.
