About the Role We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer to join our project team at Nainital Uttarakhand. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams to support the execution of residential construction projects. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, material management, and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities ⦁ Assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. ⦁ Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. ⦁ Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works. ⦁ Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and suppliers. ⦁ Assist in planning and allocating daily work to labour teams. ⦁ Check the quality of materials and workmanship. ⦁ Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and material requirements. ⦁ Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site records, measurements, and documentation. ⦁ Assist with material planning, inventory, and consumption tracking. ⦁ Coordinate with architects, consultants, and senior engineers regarding site requirements. ⦁ Identify and report site-level issues, discrepancies, and execution challenges. ⦁ Ensure proper safety practices and site discipline. ⦁ Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to senior project members. ⦁ Assist in resolving day-to-day construction and execution-related issues.

Qualifications ⦁ Diploma / B.Tech / B.E.



in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. ⦁ 1–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution. ⦁ Basic to good understanding of civil construction methods and site execution. ⦁ Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works. ⦁ Ability to read and understand construction drawings and measurements. ⦁ Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. ⦁ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage. ⦁ Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills. ⦁ Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn. ⦁ Willingness to work and stay at the project site in Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand.
