The RoleWe are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to support the customisation, configuration and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions for our clients. This is an early-career role in which you will work alongside senior developers, administrators and architects to implement features, resolve defects and support integrations.

You will gain hands-on exposure across the full delivery cycle, from requirement gathering and design reviews through build, testing and deployment, while building towards Salesforce certifications and a strong grounding in platform best practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesConfiguration & Development• Build and customise Service Cloud and Field Service using declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, Formulas and Page Layouts.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) under the guidance of senior developers, binding components to backend data.
- Create LWC-based pages on Experience Cloud.
- Develop custom REST APIs and callouts to external systems.





Data & Integration Support• Assist with data imports and exports, data cleansing and data migration using Data Loader or similar tools.

- Support integrations between Salesforce and external systems alongside senior team members.

Delivery, Quality & Support• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design reviews and sprint planning.

- Write and maintain technical documentation and unit tests.
- Support deployments via change sets, Salesforce CLI or CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with QA to test changes and ensure release quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support end users.

What You BringEducation & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud or associated modules.

Technical Skills• Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform: Objects, Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets and Flows.

- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce CLI in VS Code.
- Experience with data tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) and basic SQL concepts.
- Strong foundational knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and JavaScript.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control with Git.

Professional Skills• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork.
- Eagerness to learn Salesforce best practices and pursue Salesforce certifications.

Preferred Qualifications• Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) or Platform Developer I certification, completed or in progress.

- Experience with integrations (REST APIs)



and middleware such as Azure Integration Services (iPaaS).
- Familiarity with Agentforce agents.
