Role summary

You will execute the monthly SEO activities for assigned Amber Group brand websites under the SEO Lead's direction, creating optimized content, implementing on-page elements, building quality backlinks, and keeping our SEO documentation accurate. This role is the execution engine of the SEO team and a structured growth path into advanced SEO, AEO and AI-search (GEO) work.

Key responsibilities

- Write and publish SEO-optimized blog content using AI every month; refresh and improve existing content.
- Implement on-page SEO elements: meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal links, canonical tags and XML sitemaps (schema markup with guidance).
- Off-page SEO: quality link building, social bookmarking, directory submissions, business listings, citations and guest-posting support, with every link tracked and verified.
- Publish content in the CMS with a pre-publish SEO checklist (metas, links, images, schema).
- Monitor Google Search Console for indexing issues and broken links; escalate technical issues to the SEO Lead.
- Maintain the keyword, content and backlink trackers accurately and daily.




- Provide weekly reporting inputs from Search Console and GA4.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude etc.) responsibly for research and drafts, always fact-checked and human-edited before publishing.

Required skills & experience

- 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and GA4; exposure to Semrush, Screaming Frog.
- Solid grasp of on-page and off-page fundamentals; basic HTML familiarity.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for content and research workflows.
- A self-driven learner: this role comes with a structured 13-week learning plan across SEO, AEO, GEO, AIO and AXO, and we expect genuine ownership of it.

Nice to have

- CMS experience.
- Basic schema/structured-data knowledge (FAQ, Article).
- Awareness of AEO/GEO, how content gets cited by AI engines.
