Role Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Tunnel and Underground Safety: Managing hazards related to Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM), NATM methods, falls of earth/rock, and inrush of water or gas.

-Conducting daily inspections and monthly safety audits of construction equipment and high-risk activities.





- Implementing Project Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) plans, conducting accident investigations, and leading emergency preparedness.
- Evaluate equipment, materials, and processes to evaluate risk and suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of safety training, inspections, and injury reports
- Lead investigations into workplace injuries, accidents, or "near-misses," identify root causes, and prepare reports for management.

Hazard Control: Ensuring proper ventilation and managing confined space entry.

-Leading EHS Teams towards positive safety culture and coordinating safety procedures with contractors and clients.

- Proven Experience in underground metro/ Underground Tunneling construction is mandatory.
- Ability to work in office in a dynamic project environment, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and influence safety behaviors.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare clear safety reports and documentation; relevant safety

Required Exp-4 to 7years

Qualification- BE / B. Tech- Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety
