Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Process Associates to join our International Voice Process. The role involves handling US customers, resolving broadband/Wi-Fi-related queries, providing service support, and identifying opportunities for internet/broadband upselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from US clients.
- Understand and resolve broadband, Wi-Fi, and internet-related queries.
- Provide professional customer service and support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
- Pitch and upsell internet/broadband products and services.
- Maintain excellent customer experience and communication standards.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.





Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing and sales skills.
- Willingness to work in US/Night shifts.
- Flexible and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
