Role Description The Junior Production Engineer will work on-site at the Rajkot manufacturing facility in a full-time capacity, supporting day-to-day production operations for greenhouse structures and related components.

Responsibilities include assisting in production planning, monitoring manufacturing processes, coordinating with senior engineers and shop-floor teams, and ensuring that production targets and timelines are met. The role involves contributing to process optimization, participating in quality control checks,



maintaining production documentation, and reporting any deviations or issues to relevant stakeholders.

The Junior Production

Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain safety standards, support equipment maintenance schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Production Engineering, with understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial practices.
- Analytical skills to interpret production data, identify process inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
- Experience or training in Production Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Knowledge of Quality Control principles, basic inspection methods, and adherence to quality standards in manufacturing.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with shop-floor staff, engineers, and management, and for clear reporting.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic familiarity with metal fabrication, greenhouse structures, or related industrial products is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with attention to safety and detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office and exposure to ERP or production management software is beneficial.
