Role Description The Junior Product Manager will support the end-to-end lifecycle of financial technology products, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and ongoing optimization. In this full time on-site role based in Mumbai, the Junior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define features, write user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing user and market data, monitoring product performance, preparing documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases. The role also involves assisting with product roadmaps, participating in client meetings, and helping translate complex market and technical concepts into clear product specifications.



The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of risk management and automated trading products while learning best practices in modern product management.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with quantitative data, market analysis, and interpreting metrics to inform product decisions.
- Foundational understanding of product management practices such as user research, requirements gathering, backlog management, and release coordination.
- Interest or background in financial markets, trading systems, or risk management technology; prior exposure to capital markets or fintech is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with productivity and documentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) and willingness to learn new product tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and take initiative under guidance from senior product leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to inclusive, ethical, and user-centric product development.
