JOB PURPOSE

- Work closely with Manager - LS Retail to capture requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications for LS Retail configuration and enhancements.

- Expertise in Microsoft NAV and LS Retail, Mobile app, Loyalty, Web application and Integrations, Data to Manage the project deliveries.

- Contribute to ongoing Modification / Functionality of MS Dynamics NAV and LS Retail and other retail systems.

- Responsible to support LS Retail activities of Hyderabad Duty Free, Kannur Duty Free, Goa Duty Free, Vizag Duty Free and other duty-free businesses in pipeline.

- Understand needs, Helps perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements.

- Rollout of New Functionality and Reports in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central and LS retail

- Participates in creating project specific documentation.

- Responds promptly and professionally to user requests or inquiries seeking guidance from Project or Practice Management as appropriate.

- Prepare end user training documents, conduct-training programs as required and on floor training for floor team.

- Testing new development or customizations as per business requirement.

- Testing code for validation, accuracy.





- Hardware integration and configuration with Navision/Business Central and LS retail

- Knowledge in E-commerce with LS Retails application integration

- Positive knowledge in Data and process flow of LS-Retail between Omni Channels and reconciliations.

- Knowledge in Promotions Module

- Maintain all required documentation of the project, right from Business requirement documents, Functional requirement documents and technical design documents, Document version control, Document Release Control, UAT Project Sign off, Product Catalogue, Sprints etc.

- Manage multiple deliveries, Multiple applications partners and ensure the timelines of deliveries should be met with

- Various Hardware integration and configuration with LS Retail and Mobile applications.

- New POS configuration and new technology integration as per Business requirements to improve the processes.

- Good knowledge in web integration APIs find the best way of integrating multiple applications with LS POS and NAV.

- In store Management, Loyalty, Replenishment, POS design, Retail Intercompany Transfers and Duty-Free module.

- Supporting & training the L1 Engineer.

- Attending day to day operations issues at Stores

- Troubleshoot POS billing application issues.

- Installation and configuration of store infrastructure.
