Job overview:

We are seeking technically skilled and solution-oriented Network & IT Support Engineers to manage network connectivity, hardware and IT infrastructure within a fast-paced fulfilment centre.

Key responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.

· Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and network connectivity issues.

· Install and configure routers, switches, access points and network devices.

· Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and user network access.

· Perform network cabling, wiring, crimping and connectivity testing.

· Install, monitor and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and related equipment.

· Test, repair, replace and maintain computer hardware and peripherals.

· Configure desktop/laptop, file, printer and remote-access sharing.

· Control network connections, access permissions and connected devices.

· Maintain IT asset inventory, service records and technical documentation.

· Monitor network performance and ensure minimum operational downtime.

· Coordinate with internet service providers and technical vendors.

· Identify root causes and provide timely, practical technical solutions.

· Support fulfilment-centre operations and resolve urgent issues under pressure.





Mandatory technical skills:

· Solid knowledge of computer hardware and network troubleshooting.

· Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi networks.

· Understanding of routing, switching, subnetting and IP configuration.

· Experience with Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

· Knowledge of routers, switches, access points, CCTV systems and structured cabling.

· Hardware testing, diagnostics, component replacement and preventive maintenance.

· Network security basics, antivirus management and user-access control.

· Strong problem-solving, diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills.

Required qualification and certifications:

· Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware and Networking, or a related field.

· Completion of a recognised CCNA, Hardware and Networking, Network Troubleshooting, or equivalent technical course is mandatory.

· CCNA certification, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+ or Microsoft technical certification will be preferred.

· Candidates must possess 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience.

· Warehouse or fulfilment-centre experience will be preferred.

· Only technically relevant candidates who can join immediately should apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
