Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Management consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with a background in Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics, who possesses strong research and analytical skills, has experience in marketing, and can effectively consolidate and present information from diverse sources. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, research, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis across various sectors.
- Assist in compiling, formatting, and analyzing data from different business reports and presentations.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and conducting customer analysis.
- Prepare business summaries, dashboards, and consolidated reports for leadership reviews.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide insights based on research findings.




- Assist in project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Support internal communications, event planning, or other ad hoc business tasks as needed.

Requirement :

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Humanities, or Social Sciences, either recently completed or currently pursuing.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in research, marketing, or related domains.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior exposure to marketing concepts, digital campaigns, or content planning is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, or marketing analytics platforms is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
