Coders accurately code conditions and procedures as documented and in accordance with the ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting.

Job Requisites

- Coder experience between 0.6 to 4 yrs is required • Under Graduation Degree in any Life Science • Excellent knowledge in Human Anatomy and Physiology Roles and Responsibilities • Interpreting medical charts and identifying the medical necessity and the procedure rendered.
- Identifying and coding all pertinent diagnosis.
- Identifying and coding all applicable medical procedures.
- Meeting productivity, quality and accuracy standards.
