Junior Legal associate

Full Kamala farms is a quick-growing hydroponic and Agri-services company based in Hyderabad. We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Legal Associate who can manage legal documentation, coordinate with advocates and law firms, and support compliance across the organization.

This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in corporate legal work along with exposure to a growing business environment.

Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and update company policies and legal documents
- Coordinate with advocates, lawyers, and legal firms for legal matters
- Prepare and review: Client agreements, Vendor contracts, NDAs, Service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain proper records of legal documents and agreements
- Track ongoing legal matters and follow up with lawyers




- Identify potential legal risks and escalate when required

Qualifications

- Completed LLB / Law degree
- Mandatory: Existing contacts with advocates or legal firms
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Good drafting and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship experience in a law firm or corporate legal team
- Knowledge of contract drafting and compliance
- Interest in agriculture, hydroponics, or Agri-tech sector

Salary & Benefits
